PASS ON A POET
Subscribers and Friends of the Bath Writers & Artists Group will share their enthusiasm for a poet they admire by giving an informal introduction to his/her work. This feature is proving so popular that we will be making it a regular part of our meetup afternoons. On this link Page you can see which writers have been proposed.
Michael Symmons Roberts’ prizewinning collection Drysalter will be introduced by Frances-Anne King and Shirley Wright.
Michael Symmons Roberts will be reading at the Holburne Museum in Bath on the evening of our meetup. He is one of our major writers and it will be well worth while to immerse ourselves in his work for part of the afternoon as a prelude to hearing him read.
